About research updates

Kingsley Med Clinical Network, at kingsleymed.com and a brand of Consumer Response Media, sends recurring automated marketing text messages to people who enter their own mobile number on the Research updates page, the home page sign-up form or the contact form, and tick the text message box. The texts are about clinical research near the ZIP code given at sign-up, in the areas of health Kingsley Med covers, along with messages about the sign-up or question itself, such as the confirmation and replies to HELP and STOP. Every text starts with [Kingsley Med Clinical Network].

If you leave the text message box empty, Kingsley Med keeps in touch by email only.

Sent directly by Kingsley Med

Kingsley Med does not pass contact details to any study team or anyone else. Your number, your consent, your ZIP code and the area you chose stay with Kingsley Med. A text can point you to information about research; it cannot enroll you in a study. If you want to take part in something, you contact the study team, and that team decides who can take part.

How opting in works

Mobile numbers are collected only on the Research updates page, the home page sign-up form and the contact form, each with a text message box you tick yourself. After you opt in, Kingsley Med sends one text to confirm.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service, or of taking part in any study.

How often

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
